Phase 3 and 4 of the Hambantota Expressway to be opened next month

Work on the third and fourth phases of the Southern Expressway from Matara to Hambantota via Mattala has been completed and that expressway extension will be opened next month, according to the Road Development Authority.Construction of 96km long extension of the Southern Expressway consists of four phases.
